Trying to prioritize my wellbeing without pressure

I want to take better care of my mental and physical health, but sometimes the pressure to “do it all right” makes me feel stuck instead.

How do you focus on wellbeing in a way that feels realistic and kind to yourself?

It’s impossible to do it all. I would say pick one or two things that are beneficial and you enjoy doing and then stuck with it. Consistency is key! 😊

I get this completely. Sometimes trying to “do it right” is what makes it feel so heavy.

I think wellbeing becomes kinder when we stop treating it like a project and start treating it like support. You don’t have to get it all right to still be taking care of yourself and I’ve found it helps to just keep it small. When I stop trying to perfect it, it feels a lot more doable.
