Trying to get back into exercise after a long break
February 27, 2026 at 6:09 pmI’ve been trying to get back into some kind of regular exercise after a long break, and I didn’t expect it to feel this hard. My energy isn’t what it used to be, and I find myself starting and stopping a lot.
I don’t want to go extreme just something sustainable that I can actually stick to. If you’ve restarted your fitness routine before, what helped you stay consistent without burning out?
