You’re right, the mixed emotions are very real. Some days I feel excited, and other days I catch myself overthinking everything. But what you said about fear not always meaning “don’t do it” really stayed with me. Sometimes it probably just means it’s important.

Staying connected with family is something I know will help me feel grounded during the transition. I’m hoping that once I create a routine for myself in the new city, things will start to feel more familiar and manageable.
