I usually wake up around 7. I’ve realised I really value a slow morning — I like having my tea peacefully and doing a bit of yoga before the day properly begins. It just gives me a fresher start mentally.

I function well on about 6 hours of sleep, so I usually go to bed around 11. I prefer doing some light reading before sleeping instead of scrolling — it helps me wind down better.

I’ve noticed that how I start my morning affects my whole day more than the exact number of hours I sleep.
