So true, how we start our mornings affect a lot. I am still trying to think which way to go. I used to be a night owl and do my critical tasks at night that needed more concentration but now i am trying to change to be a morning person which is working one way as in i have started sleeping early however still struggling to be up by 6am. Any suggestions ladies?
