I completely get this — skincare especially can feel like a maze.

What’s helped me is keeping it simple and sticking to what suits my skin type. I have combination skin with no major issues, so I usually choose products specifically made for that rather than going by hype.

I also tend to stick to a few brands I’ve trusted over the years. When I do try something new, I check YouTube reviews just to see real experiences, but more importantly I look at the ingredients list to see if it actually makes sense for my skin.
