How Do You Avoid Burnout in Everyday Life?

I usually notice it when small things start to feel heavier than they should, or when I’m more irritable than normal. That’s usually my sign to slow down a bit. Even something simple like going to bed earlier or taking a quiet evening for myself helps reset things before it builds up.
