Mountains, Beaches, or Cities — What’s Your Reset Button?

If you had 3 days off right now, where are you heading — mountains, beach, or city?
And what’s the first thing you’d do when you get there?

I’d probably choose the beach. I feel like I’ve been needing some quiet lately, and the sound of the waves just resets everything for me. First thing I’d do is drop my bags, take my shoes off, and go for a long walk by the water without checking my phone.

That sounds so peaceful 🤍 I love the idea of quiet and switching off like that. For me, it’s the mountains — the calm air and slow mornings just reset everything in the best way.

Are you more of a sunrise beach person or sunset walks by the water?

It’s so hard too choose! I love all 3! But if I have to a beach is always special! First thing I would do is lie on a sunbed! 😉

Seeing you all beach lovers here 🌊 made me think — what does everyone think about staycations?

Sometimes I feel like they’re underrated. No long travel, no packing stress, but still a proper break from routine. A nice hotel nearby, good food, maybe a spa or just switching off your phone for a day.

Do you think staycations actually feel like a real getaway, or you need real holiday to truly reset?

I have never done a staycation. It just doesn’t feel different enough. I love experiencing a new culture. Also, being from the UK means I get better weather and cheaper prices when I travel abroad. I can therefore afford more experiences.
