Outgrowing my wardrobe but not sure what suits me now

Lately I’ve been looking at my wardrobe and feeling like it doesn’t really reflect who I am anymore. My lifestyle has changed, and some of the things I used to love just don’t feel right now.

I’m not sure how to redefine my style without completely starting over. Has anyone else gone through this kind of style shift? How did you figure out what actually suits you now?

Oh this is so relatable. I went through something similar around thirty. I suddenly found myself drawn to completely different colours — more blues, greys, and soft pastels instead of the brighter shades I used to wear all the time. When I hit thirty, I noticed my whole colour palette slowly changed — I started reaching more for blues, greys, and softer pastel shades instead of the brighter colours I used to love. Comfort started winning more often.

I think it’s just part of growing and evolving. Our lifestyle changes, our energy changes, and even trends influence us a bit — but over time we naturally lean toward what actually suits us now.

Maybe you don’t need a total reset. Maybe it’s just a gentle shift happening on its own.
