For me, it’s been going to bed a little earlier and putting my phone away at night. It sounds small, but getting better sleep has made a noticeable difference in my mood and focus. It’s not dramatic, but over time it’s really helped.

Honestly, better sleep is such an underrated upgrade. I’ve started reading before bed to help me switch off, and it’s made a difference. Still working on being more consistent with the no-phone rule though!
